Return Policy

Return the goods
Any returns, refunds and exchanges should be submitted within 7 days after receipt, and will not be accepted after 7 days.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Some items are not refundable, including fragile or dangerous items.
*Please note that an order can only be returned once.
To complete your return, please provide proof of purchase.

Refund (if applicable)

After we receive the returned goods, we will notify the buyer by email or WHATSAPP SMS (contact number or EMAIL is required) whether the refund application is accepted.

If the refund application is accepted, the money will be returned to your credit card account within 7 days after our company receives the product (subject to deduction of 3.5-4% credit card handling fee for the product) or returned to the buyer's payment method at the time of purchase.

If the goods are shipped by our company, the refund will be deducted from the shipping fee paid by our company and the shipping fee for returning the goods

If the order is paid by ATM/PAYME, the refund will be fully refunded (without any bank charges).

If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

You can also contact your credit card company/bank for inquiries, it may take a few days for the money to be credited back to the buyer's account.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only provide exchange services for damaged or mis-delivered items. For replacement, please email to wahtat_tracy@yahoo.com or whatsapp to: 60778499/91239397 to notify us and follow the instructions of the service staff.

Shipping and handling

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deduct shipping and handling charges based on our actual cost, even if an item is marked "Free Shipping" at the time of purchase.

Shipping to our address

To return your item, you should send the item to the return address indicated by the service staff, which may vary from item to item.

You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning the item. If you do not pay for shipping, shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery of replaced items may take different times depending on where you live.
